This is a video clip from an Indian restaurant. See the way they make popular Indian food “Roti” , a flat bread. Indian has second largest population in the world and still saving some labor. It seems to be very efficient method but I am not sure about the hygiene. These two guys seems to be the best in this work and I do not wonder why India cricket team won the ICC Cricket world cup in 2011.
